Falaadhyale community have been established in 1994. It’s under Bocame District in 20km northeastern from the town. The total household of Falaadhyale is 800HHS.The village has large areas of Rangeland. The community is livelihoods depends on the livestock product. The community their mission is to have a community of learning and developing that manages their natural resources to prevent constrains that may face in the future. Construction of MCH and general hospital. Plus recruiting health professionals and providing their salaries and incentives. Improvement by digging of one landfill or garbage dump caves since the old caves is full of rubbish. Installation of solar lighting streets. Rehabilitation of the current primary schools and the construction of a secondary schools. Renovation of rangeland and farms damaged by rain floods. The overflow of rain water resulted. Cracks. Potholes. Holes, and soil erosion on the land surface, Resettlement of 350 droughts affected households whose loss their livelihood foundation at all. To support 400 drought affected households whose have some animals (goats and camels) but their livestock have not yet recovered the drought effected so they can neither eat their meat nor bring them milk. To rehabilitate the current water dam. Rehabilitation of Eldeqa shallow well by these needs ground water pollution. Not enough depth, insufficient concrete casing. Income generation 50 women and support 100 existing business people (the business people have given their income to the drought effected community so that they need fund support to re-generate their business again. Weekly based village committee meetings to discuss about challenges and way forward. To conduct monthly community meetings and produce action point- that will lead the community. Cooperation and team work to work together in order to reach their goals. To conduct fundraising campaign to achieve our garget. To establish Natural Resources Management Team in order to maintain and protect our rangeland, to carry out hygiene and sanitation awareness and sanitation awareness and campaign in monthly base The community will raise contributions of 10,000$. It will be used to achieve the above objectives.
