Al-Nuur Institute for the Blind

Our Story:

We are raising $9,000 to help us purchase a bus for our blind students at Machadka Al Nuur Ee Indhoolayaasha, a school located in Bosaso and Galkacyo. Our organization aims to provide these students with the opportunity to continue their education until university level while also teaching them the Holy Quran and sharing knowledge with them.

Currently, we have a total of 60 students who rely on our centers in Bosaso and Galkacyo for their education. However, without a reliable means of transportation, it is difficult for them to get to and from our centers on a regular basis. A bus specifically designed for the needs of blind people would greatly improve their access to education and allow them to fully participate in our programs.
We believe that with your support, we can make a significant impact in the lives of these students and help them reach their full potential.
